From Basic Conditions to Complex Cases.
We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions — from everyday aches and strains to complex injuries requiring advanced, multi-disciplinary care.

Persistent tendon and overuse problems
Persistent tendon pain often requires more than resting the painful area. CityIR evaluates the tissue involved, target depth, training load, strength, mobility and factors that may be slowing recovery.
CityIR generally favors focused ESWT when the evaluation identifies an appropriate localized, depth-specific target. Radial pressure-wave treatment may be selected when the intended field is broader or more superficial. Both are integrated with diagnosis, rehabilitation and measurable functional goals.

One team, every stage of recovery
Persistent pain may involve several contributing factors and may require more than one treatment strategy. At City Integrative Rehabilitation, chiropractors, physical therapists, and rehabilitation specialists work under one roof so your care reflects the full picture, not one discipline’s view of it.
Whether you’re dealing with an everyday strain, a stubborn chronic condition, a sports injury, or recovery after surgery, we start by evaluating likely pain sources and contributing factors. From there we build a conservative-first, hands-on plan designed to restore function and keep you moving — and we coordinate care across our team when a condition needs more than one specialty.
Accurate diagnosis first
We evaluate the likely pain source, contributing factors and functional limitations before recommending a plan.
