Why patients choose Manhattan

We look beyond where it hurts.

CityIR’s Manhattan flagship is designed for people who need more than a generic adjustment or exercise sheet. We evaluate how the whole body moves, identify the factors keeping an injury active, and build a clear progression back to work, training, sport, or performance.

01

Start with a real evaluation

Your plan begins with the history, movement, strength, and loading demands that matter to your life—not a one-size protocol.

02

Combine the right tools

Sports chiropractic, progressive rehabilitation, DNS, Anatomy in Motion, acupuncture, and shockwave are used when they add value.

03

Build capacity, not dependency

The goal is durable strength, control, and confidence—not endless passive treatment.

04

Handle complex cases thoughtfully

We regularly work with recurring, chronic, and previously treated problems that need a more connected approach.

Manhattan services

Care built around what you need to do next.

Sports rehabilitation and chiropractic lead our Manhattan practice, supported by specialized services for persistent pain, TMJ dysfunction, men’s health, and natural facial aesthetics.

Doctor-led care

Care led by the people you actually see.

CityIR was built by clinicians who combine chiropractic, sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, ergonomics, and advanced movement systems.

Do I need to be an athlete?

No. We treat athletes, active adults, desk-based professionals, performers, and anyone who wants to move and feel better.

Can sports chiropractic and rehabilitation be combined?

Yes. Your plan may combine hands-on care with progressive exercise and movement retraining when that combination best supports recovery.

Is TMJ treatment available in Manhattan?

Yes. We evaluate jaw symptoms in context, including the cervical spine, headaches, breathing, posture, and movement.

Are men’s health and facial-aesthetic visits private?

Yes. Both are handled discreetly, and the consultation determines whether focused shockwave is appropriate for your goals.
