Dr. Joe Mills brings more than 30 years of chiropractic expertise to City Integrative Rehabilitation. He looks to the spinal column as the foundation of whole-body health, addressing the imbalances that give rise to back pain, neck pain, and a wide range of seemingly unrelated conditions.

VAX-D delivers measurable relief for patients with herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and chronic spinal conditions that have not responded to conventional treatment.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Mills has built a reputation for creating truly individualized chiropractic and wellness plans. He invests the time to understand each patient's full picture — lifestyle, history, and goals — and designs care protocols that produce lasting results rather than temporary relief.
